Yes of course, just because you can click on any HTML element. If you mean some action on click… Smile | :) , this is apparently possible because you can put an anchor element inside the cell, which is represented by the <td> element:

http://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_a.asp[^].
 
You can also handle the click on any element using JavaScript:
http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/event_onclick.asp[^].
 
And finally, with ASP.NET you can generate any thinkable HTML code. The statement is proven. Smile | :)
