deploying a web application on windows 7

after deploying the web application on windows 7 all pages brows successfully
and when i do something with database
i found error

"Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to failure in retrieving the user's local application data path. Please make sure the user has a local user profile on the computer. The connection will be closed."

Please let me know some more details also as per my experience it might be the because of authentication while deployment.. please share the details of your connection string and configuration file.
