If this is web based app - then no.
If this is .NET based app then yes...but there is a good chance it won't actually work, as there is no guarantee that teh computer you copy onto will have the rquired .NET framework installed, and without it your app is effectively a data file - it won't run.

I would use a Setup And Deployment porject instead - it is designed for installing software, which copy file isn't.
