c# TransformGroup Class

Hi guys,
I am new to .net and c#..I am trying to learn about TransformGroup Class
ScaleTransform and TranslateTransform .I have read some articles
blogs but iam still vague about it and not getting a clear picture about the exact use of rhese classes..
Can anybody please help me with this..
