Solution 1

If your homework is to "get a program" and "analyse it" then assuming you don't care what kind of c++ program, then google would have been your first bet.
After that, the search facility on this very site will lead very quickly (it took me a few seconds to work it out, but hey!) to more than 8000 C++ articles, nearly all of which will have source code.[^]
Now, why didn't you try that?

+5. Nice Response. My first impression of this question is that he's tried the "Gimme-Codez" approach and failed, so he figures this approach may garner better results.

Solution 2

1. It depends what you call as a program
2. It depends what kind of 'program' you are looking for
3. Once you know 1 & 2, look here for already published articles on C++ and pick the one that suits you.
