Paging in ListView using Datapager

Hi,
 

I'm using ListView to bind data and for paging I'm using DataPager
 
Problem is when I made a search and click on the 2 page or 3rd its showing , no pblm. But when I made a new search and the previous page is in 3rd then the new result show the page number as 3 instead of 1 ie the page no: is not changing . Any help will be appreciated.

you are missing the re initialization of the data pager and the ListView binding I believe, check that.
