No problem here.... It works fine, perhaps you should run a virus check?

Did you disable javascript? Or something like that. Have you tried another browser?
 
Also, you need to be logged in to download it, maybe if you check it now, it simply works because you logged in to post this question.

Thanks for help, looks like I click on a link below the main page - Advertise | Privacy | Mobile . When i click "Full cite" in the left-top corner jf cite, all downloaded :)
