Image Processing Application using .Net

Hi Folks,
 
I am trying to create a Image processing Application Like morphing two images , images cutting etc.
I dont know how to do this task in .Net, Any idea ?
 
There is any Photoshop API for do this task ?
 
Please Help me !

Have a look here http://www.aforgenet.com/framework/[^] especially the AForge.Imaging library should tickle your fancy.
