I want to learn the latest development model is used in .net like mvc patteren or N-tier model
 
And I also want to learn about latest methodology used for projects like agile model.
 
Can Anyone please suggest me some links or articles to learn those new concepts?
 
Please help me. I want to give suggestion that which methodology and development model is best to develop project.

Well, there is something called Google which might be helpfull in looking for the content.
 
CodeProject also have their own built-in seach which you can use.

Friend for latest articles please visit to MSDN, definitely you will not get enough practical content there but it's worth.

no methodology can be termed as 'best'. Each one has its own pros and cons. It is up to you to decide which one to use depending on the factors like - technical skills of your team, project type, project technology, budget, intranet or internet app etc.

The wikipedia site displays all the development lifecycle methodology, with good articles.

This article on MVVM[^] gives a good sample on the pattern, and also some links to other articles that explain its history and development. However, there is no easy answer to your question, beyond doing some research for yourself into the areas of interest.
