Hi
I make removal virus tool detected virus by MD5
it kill virus process and delete it but the problem in kill dll files , sys files and ocx
how I can close dll , sys , ocx files ?

You probably won't succeed that easily. If the virus or malware has been written well, there will be a secondary process waiting and watching for the primary process to be killed so it can spawn another instance.

Simple. You don't.
 
The only way to "unload" a .DLL from a process is to terminate the process that loaded it.
