Error in flash upload

Dear sir,
I am using flashupload control for multiple file upload.everything is fine .it works well in local system.but it gives "there has been an http: i/o error. http:errorcode 500" on server".please tell me what is the problem.i also given full access of folder on server.
please give solution its urgent.
