Simple ASP.NET Website

Use Visual Studio 2010
New -->Website -> Select asp.net website ----> save it
 
By default it contains site.master page and some other content page. In Visual studio 2010 inbuilt a simple asp.net application using master page, here u can easily understand.

Create a master page , and whenever you add any new page add as "Web form using Master Page" and select your existing master page. It will solve your problem.
