I need to add a driver to my Nic card that is not seen by many Linux OS's specifficly Open Suse or Debian and various other OS's my card is a Realtek r8168B nic that many OS's doesn't see and I want to learn the easiest way to install the proper driver in such systems? Thank you

Do you want to have loadable driver, or embed it in your custom re-built kernel? (Sorry, I never did it in either way, but the one who could help you would probably need to know what you are trying to do. :-)
