Update Markers Positions without entire Map Reload

I am Using Gmap Control,
getting the Latitude and Longitude from the DataBase for every Minute,and am ploting the marker on Gmap,
I want to Update marker Positions after some interval without reload Gmap..

Help Me any One...thank u for help !!!!
