HI ,

i want to receive input form a serial(RS232) scanner and display it in the textbox in the wpf window using c# .

the input has to be without the prefixes .

Solution 1

(Barcode/RFID) scanners connected to a RS232 often send their data emulating a keyboard. So where's your problem? Set the focus to your textbox, and scan!
As far as prefixes are concerned, that's a setting of your scanner. Read its manual.
