Hello,

I found that libvncserver supports tightpng encoding.(https://github.com/kanaka/noVNC/issues/51)

Can anyone tell me, how i can launch libvncserver in Ubuntu?

Yes. You can build if for many platform as the code is actually multi-platform and open-source:
