Solution 1

You can try Windows CD there are tools for repairing bad boot sectors.

If this not working try your hard disk in other PC as secondary disk.
Check if this is even working. Check for bad clusters, correctness of boot sector etc.

If this is data error it can be done, if it is hardware failure... I hope you don't had anything important on that disk.
