Loading Crystal Reports in C# dot Net

hi,
 
iam using crystal reports in C# dot net.
 
While Running the program for first time and if load crystal report it is taking longer time to load the report.But the second time it is loading much faster.
 
How can resolve this problem?
Is there any components to be loaded. Pls give answers
