How to save Canvas as image in C# winrt

Hello Team,

I have searched a lot on this but not getting any.

Can anyone please guide me how to save canvas as Image in Windows store app using C#.
I have canvas with child controls on it as lines and image.

If this is not possible then any alternate way or workaround for this ?

Any help will be grateful.

Agreed.... But i need solution for windows metro app using c#.
Got many links on google but not get specific that's why i am here

The process for metro shouldn't be all that different then any other C# solution. Your end result is the same and you are just starting with a different UI object.
