HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

phpmyaddmin & localhost click get this error

404 means the resource at the given URL is not present.
URL formed for phpmyaddmin & localhost are incorrect or the application is not deployed.

You need to make sure that the URL is correctly formed, it is pointing correct and files/page exists at the location expected.

There's no way to really solve it. 404 errors mean that requested page isn't found. If you're getting this error when you click on phpMyAdmin link in WAMP, then you might have accidently deleted a file in the phpMyAdmin directory.

If not, try reinstalling WAMP.
