To develop IE toolbar

I have searched for any example of any IE toolbar developed in vc++ i looked into "Internet Explorer Toolbar (Deskband) Tutorial[^]" I downloaded that code,But i am not able to run that code ,it is giving me error that It can't be run(While running from visual studio 2010,In windows 7 with IE 9.0) ,I have downloaded one or two more codes but all giving me same error,That it can't be run.
If anyone can help me regarding how to run that.

Solution 1

There is nothing to run, the target of this article is a DLL which is connected to Internet Explorer by registering as a COM DLL. I suggest you work through the article and ensure you have all the prerequisites in place, and you follow the instructions for using this library.

I have tried that ,I have windows 7(64 bit),IE 9.0,I want to know will that work on that.

I don;t know, it's not my article. You can try asking the author or test it yourself to see what happens.
