Error in ADFS2.0 Installation and configuration.

Hello Everyone,

I installed ADFS 2.0 on my machine (Windows Server R2 SP1) but I wasn't able to start the ADFS service due to some issues (its an entirely different topic). I tried to uninstall it and then install it again, For uninstalling I used the process provided at this link -
Uninstalled following these instructions

but when I try to configure restarted and installed it. While trying to configure it I am getting the following error:

"An error occurred during an attempt to perform the configuration task: Access to the module IdentityServerPolicy.CreateDefaultObjects is blocked because the signature is not valid."

It occurs when the configuration wizard is at "Create ADFS configuration database"

These is no help available online for this error. I'd be very thankful if some one can help. Solution needed urgently.
