How to add the checkboxes within ListBox dynamically in asp.net

Hi Guys, I have a Employee table . I want to displays the EmployeeNames in Two ListBoxes with checkboxes dynamically. If i check the checkboxes in one ListBox and automatically removes the second Listbox.

please any one help me.
