Steps
1.Click "Start," "All Programs," then click "Microsoft Office Outlook."
2.Click "New" on the "Message" tab to create a new email. Or, if you want to work on an existing email, click the email in the "Inbox."
3.Click "Options" then click "Follow Up." This is the term Outlook uses for "Tracking." Click "Flag for Recipients."
4.Click "Flag for Me" then click "OK."
5.Open the original email to view your tracked email, click the "InfoBar," then click the "Open Original Flagged Message" button.
