Hi,

I am having a problem that I hope someone will be able to help. I am exporting records from SQL server 2008 using the SSIS wizard to a CSV format, but I keep getting far more records in the output than the number of records existente in the table I am getting the data from.

I have tried everything but no changes.

Thanks & Regards
Hari

Are you stuck to the SSIS wizard or are you flexible? I can't help you with SSIS because I only have SQL Server Express, but I could help you with other areas.

Try this free dataexport[^] library, it supports to export data from database to csv,excel,pdf etc.it is quite good:
Private Sub btnRUN_Click(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As EventArgs)
       Dim CSVExport As TXTExport = New TXTExport
       CSVExport.DataSource = Spire.DataExport.Common.ExportSource.DataTable
       CSVExport.DataTable = CType(Me.dataGridView1.DataSource,DataTable)
       CSVExport.ActionAfterExport = Spire.DataExport.Common.ActionType.OpenView
       CSVExport.FileName = "CSV0721.csv"
       CSVExport.SaveToFile
   End Sub
