Handling Prompt messages in Crystal Reports

Hi All,

I am using Crystal Reports for .NET 13. I have the Enable Report Parameter Prompting in Crystal Report Viewer set to true. When running the report, if I do not enter a value for a parameter, the prompt dialog displays the message, "The Value is not valid." , below the particular parameter. Is there a way to handle this message in ASP.NET so that I can display a meaningful error message?

No, there isn't. However, you could set the parameters from within your program, with the error handling right there.

You should set default value for parameters, by this way you could avoid the prompts.
