i am not able to insert the data in to the database

i am not able to insert the data in to the database it is showing the below mentioned error as:
 
error:cannot find the object "timeticket_fullCT" because it does not exist or you dont have permissions.
 
when i asked to one person he commented as below:
it is local machine level application error, please give required permission on database directory and recheck...what does he says...i could not get this point...can anyone help me..thanks in advance.

Please check your database. Maybe "timeticket_fullCT" is not spelled correctly or no longer exist in the database.
