how can i create a dll file dynamically and embedding/adding images in it programmatically using c#.

I don't know of any way to do that unless you load the dll in to memory, add the images, and write it out again. That seems very wasteful to me. I'd be installing SQL Lite or another embedded DB and storing images in that, if I needed to store them in a file.

is there anyway to save multiple images in single file and retrieve them in c#.

Yes, the obvious way is to save them end to end so that you need to know the start and length of the bytes for one image in order to extract it. But adding to that file dynamically is probably more expensive than you want. A SQL DB is a far better solution
