i hope some one can help me. I am looking for a example how to create a toolbar like Outlookexpress ( Button with icons)

Add a Toolstrip to your form.
Add a button to the toolstrip.
Set the button properties:
ImageScaling       System.Windows.Forms.ToolStripItemImageScaling.None
TextImageRelation  System.Windows.Forms.TextImageRelation.ImageAboveText
