How to convert code from VB6 to C# ?
Is there any tool or I should learn both VB6 and C# to do so ?

If you can get hold of Visual Studio 2005 Professional, then there is an upgrade wizard: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/317885[^]. Unfortunately VB 6 is now 13 years old, not much call anymore to upgrade.
