Xml file contents displayed at ListView c#

Hi All,
 
Now i wanna display xml file contents at listview columns. my xml file format is like
 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<Data>
  <Proc>
    <PName>a</PName>
    <desc>a</desc>
 <PName>b</PName>
    <desc>b</desc>
  </Proc>
</Data>

 

in my listview have 2 columns. so my output will be display at that columns. All replies are welcome..
