Ideally you would scan the OMR Sheets on the client side, upload the sheet to you asp.net website and then use the uploaded data with your OMR library, developed by you or by a third party. Now if you eloborate what you have tried and you have any difficulty that may help you get find some solution.

OMR is Optical Mark Recognition. Omr Sheet is the data base of candidates personal information like candidates name, Fathers name, Date of birth, Roll number, Mobile number, email address, religion, address & other information are to be filled by the candidate by blue / Black ball pen or HB pencil.
