unknown software exception 0xc0020001

Hi all,
When built the COM atl dll with /CLR option enabled ,i am getting the following error msg "unknown software exception 0xc0020001 occurred in the application at location" on closing the browser. Some how i managed to find out the cause. I disabled /CLR option then that error is not coming if i close the browser. But i need to enable CLR option in the code. Hopefully some one might have come across same problem.Pls do help me.
