Why i cant encrypt file in another location in java

I made a project in java using swings,in which i am facing problems:-
one of the feature in the project is to encrypt the file and save it in another file after encryption but my project doesn't allow me to save the file in any disk rather than the desktop.......
it says error while saving

You do not have the right to save in other locations.
