Im trying to get the same MenuStripItem - Backgroundcolor when it is hovered!
At ToolStripItems it is kinda blue or azure, but in MenuStrip it is like
shining-orange
.How to get that color to use it on my Form.Buttons as Background.Color
I tried all colors on my Button1.Background.Color.Properties but no color seems equal to it?

I don't know if this is possible... Your best bet may just be to create that shape as an image in Paint and use a PictureBox as the button. Sorry, and happy Thanksgiving!
