I need a code that draw a small circle using pixels in assembly language...
I am using Masm611... I have to use this circle as a player in pacman...

Sure, such algorithms are widely available. Please see:

And you should be able to do it in Assembly yourself. It does not depend much on particular Assembler, but more on platform and access to hardware you could use.
