css 3 transitions in updatepanel ?

i'm working with update panel control ...and i wanted to use some css 3 transition effects on the controls that are inside the updatepanel ...i added the transition in the css class but it didn't worked ...what to do ?

What browser did you test your transition in?
And what CSS style did you use?

Thanks Zaf ,

I found it myself , i was foolish enough to use the transition when the page refreshes,
now i have used animation and it's working the way i want it to .
