how to pass value from form to crystal reports

its windows application. after user login into the application if 'A' (after login username is 'A') user try to get report, in the header part of the report i want to display concern log in user. i know how to pass value from form to sql and fetch data and display in crystal reports., but i am unable to display from form to crystal reports because here database not interacting,
(Note: i am using constructors to passing value from one form to another form)
