problem to show image in toolstrips menu item

i set image on background of toolstrip button but on run time when i move mouse on that toolstrip button it image will disappear.Plz help me how to fix that image so that when i move mouse on that toolstrip button the image will not disappear?

have a look at this link
 
It seems that you have to provide the background image again if mouse is over the toolstrip button.
