Hi
 
I am new to SSRS. I have created a dataset in which i called a store procedure. If i did modify the store procedure and run the query in dataset properties and click ok, the query is running fime but the fields are becoming empty. I dono the reason for it and how can i overcome it. Pls help... Thanks in advance.

2 solutions

Dont delete the existing one otherwise you have to drag and drop the dataset Fields again.Try to add the SQL Stored Procedure again.And then Refresh the dataset. Try to run the report. Make sure you are connected to right Database.
 
Second thing execute SP in SQL Server itself and check if its really returning Some values.

First thing you can do is refresh your data-set fields.
 
Sometimes it saves the changes and sometime it does not.
 
If the above option doesn't work then try to connect it again,refresh it and you don't need to drag and drop the data-set values.

I have tried what you said but still i m facing the issue... Any more ideas? Pls help..

If I refersh fields simply without executing the query, i m getting my dataset with empty fields.. Pls help.
