Is there any VB code to convert PDF file to OCR file?

What I need to scan an answer sheet of an IQ test then compare it with the model answer which is scanned too. I did the code for comparing with the model answer but i need to automate the whole process by writing the vb code from the start of scanning the answer sheet of the test, converting it to OCR, Extracting OCR to Excel spreadsheet, comparing the answers with the model answer and finally give the final evaluation. Can any one help me with that project?
