C# windows application crystal report line spacing auto adjustment based on records in the page

hi all

am using crystal reports for my windows application ms access back end.

my problem is... in crystal report page if 2 record loaded
that 2 record should be aligned to whole page. and
if 3 records loaded that
3 should be aligned to whole page.

so. here i need to write a code to adjust auto line spacing based on the records loaded on the report page.

pleas guide me..
