I have project about (PC BASED DIGITAL CLOCK )
I finished hardware part ,but really I need software which will generate the time running at
computer at the PC screen as well as a connected four digit 7-segment display.
With parallel port all softwares are in C , and the bad news I didn't study c language
could any one help me ?

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

We do not do your homework: it is set for a reason. It is there so that you think about what you have been told, and try to understand it. It is also there so that your tutor can identify areas where you are weak, and focus more attention on remedial action.
 
Try it yourself, you may find it is not as difficult as you think!
