Need some help creating a deployment prep tool

This may not be the right place to request something like this, but I'm hoping at the very least I can get some direction.

We currently have a variety of spreadsheets and .bat files we run in preparation for major deployments. It's quite tedious. I would LOVE to be able to get a tool created that is a "one-stop shop" for deployment prep. I would like it to be run against an entered serverlist. Here are some of the items we would be pulling:

-OS Version
-OS Type (x64 or x86)
-ipconfig /all
-app pools state
-websites state
-services state
-domain
-particular environment variable
-hard drive free space

Additionally in a perfect world I'd like those results of the following items to be compared after the deployment as well, to ensure that nothing has drastically changed on the server:

-ipconfig /all
-app pools state
-websites state
-services state

I don't have any background or skill in scripting or coding, so assistance or direction for a place I could request something like this would be greatly appreciated!
