See more: VB.NET
Hello everybody,

i'm working on a project that requires me to make an encoded uri.
I'm using the VB.NET Forms application and i can't figure out on how to encode my string properly.

I tried EncodeUri(StringToEncode) and EncodeUriComponent(StringToEncode)
nevertheless it does not recognise the functions.

On a msdn page i read that these are global function (so require no imports).

What should i do?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Bert Goens,

This link may help Javascript encodeURI()

It says there on the page it is for encoding SPECIAL (as in symbolic) characters...
Is that what you are attempting to do?
