Hi everyone,
Is there a place where I can find tutorial on how to do this? Is there any open library that does this? I want to be able to manually drive a robot in this virtual environment.

What is the amount of graphics capabilities you are looking for? You can make use of XNA.

hi,
so i decided to write one up from scratch. now that i have two bitmap, one for the environment, and one for the robot. now, the robot is a rectangle; how could i rotate the robot such as at corner turn? when i use RotateTransform() it rotate the environment map.
