IIs is installed but when i am running default website its not running

I am using window server 2003, I installed IIS and i also check through inetmgr its working but when i am click in default website and browse it its not running. please help me its urgenttttttt

Are you encountering any type of error of your site is breaking somewhere ?
Please provide more information.

start- run-inetmgr-website folder is in left side, expand then defaultwebsite option is coming right click on that and browse it but page is not open(Under Construction page is coming).....

This question isn't complete. "Not working" could means 1001 things in the world especially IT world. remember that we are not brain-readers :-)

I guess the default page is currently "under construction page".
Please change that to the page, which you want to load on running the website.

Go to the properties of website in IIS and then click on "Documents" tab. Here define the page, which you want make as default page.
