SharePoint 2010:Image Viewer in Thumbnail and lightBox

Hi,
I have a requirement for displaying Image library of sharepoint in thumbnails and on click of the image it should display the image in lightbox formate(ie.BG blured)
I need to develop this as a sandboxed sharepoint solution.
Pls suggest me anyways to develop this webpart.
