I connected a MS Access database with java code and now I want only specific values in database must be set, else it must throw an error with the details of that field

In my database only specific values in particular columns should be displayed if there is different values, then it must generate a report with its record number

So exactly what help are you asking for? No one can guess what these values are that you are talking about, or how you are supposed to check if they are valid.

Check out the Case-Statements for the SQL. I guess that's what you need pretty much.
