Files upload extjs 4.1 c#

I am currently developping a ASP.NET (C#) application, iin wich I use ExtJS 4.1 for the presentation layer. I want to add a form for uploading file (photos or wathever ...), the problem is that i don't know what to put in my WebService ? ! Anyone can guide me to the right direction ? any help would be great !!!
